If you're looking for the penultimate drum close miking platform, you've found it. The mount and flexible neck on this microphone have been carefully designed to allow precision placement without obstructing the drummers ability to do their job.

From an audio standpoint, the mic translates crystal clear. There is slight coloration but nothing that would steer me clear of purchasing these exact mics again.
