Shipment

Your order will be quickly processed and shipped the same or next business day. CCI Solutions takes care to always ensure that your products are packaged securely and appropriately, so that your items arrive in the best condition possible. CCI Solutions charges freight on all shipments, except on items marked as "Free Shipping."

Continental United States: Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. Free shipping via UPS Ground or USPS applies to the Continental United States on items marked as "Free Shipping."

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments are sent via USPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. Discounted shipping is offered to Hawaii and Alaska for those items marked as "Free Shipping."

International: Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. International orders do not qualify for free shipping on items marked as "Free Shipping."

Tax Information

Sales tax applies to some states where merchandise is being delivered. We are required by law to collect and pay sales tax on all merchandise shipped to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin.

Availability

Items purchased are shipped from either our warehouse or from the manufacturer's warehouse directly to you. We work hard to ensure the information on the product page gives you an accurate window of when your product will ship. We will notify you if your order will be delayed in any way for any reason. If you have deadlines, call and speak to your Sales Representative - that way we can make sure you get what you need when you need it!

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so CCI Solutions offers a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, a credit on-account, or exchange it for another product. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the normal shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Non-returnable items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned for logical reasons. These include: Special Orders, Software, Custom Projector Screens and items that may no longer be sterile such as Earphones and In-Ear Monitors.
  • Products listed as 'Special Offer' are considered FINAL SALE items, and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Start a Return:

If you have product you need to return, call or email us to request an RA number and we will give you instructions on how to return your product.

Please call 877-222-7040 or email customerservice@ccisolutions.com to obtain your RA number. Please have your customer number or invoice number available for reference when you contact us. We suggest you ship the item(s) back to us with tracking; returns lost during shipping may not be credited unless a tracking number is available.

*Approval for full refund based on condition of returned item(s), subject to final determination by CCI Solutions.

Defective Merchandise

It is important that you test your product as soon as possible for defects. If the product is defective, call CCI Solutions immediately. CCI Solutions will replace defective merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all warranty claims will be made directly with the manufacturer and will be handled according to their warranty policy.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all products received from CCI Solutions for any signs of damage suffered during shipping. If you discover damage to any products, refuse the shipment and call CCI Solutions. If you are unable to inspect the product upon delivery or you later discover "concealed" damage, call CCI Solutions immediately, so we can file a damage claim and expedite shipment of new product to you.

Warranty

Virtually every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If it does not perform to your satisfaction, call CCI Solutions immediately. Keep your invoice and original cartons in case warranty service is required. If you need to ship any merchandise back to us or to the manufacturer, please contact us for instructions and Return Authorization Number (RA).
