Larry Fisher - Christ Pacific Church
This is a great sounding and powerful mixing solution. It is very flexible and I use as both a live sound mixer and multichannel preamp/interface for recording high track counts simultaneously into Logic Pro X. Integration with the Allen & Heath personal mixers is very good and simple to implement. Although I didn't intend on using the SQ as a portable mixer when Covid 19 restrictions began I simply put on a cart and rolled it outside. The SQ has robust security and you can limit functionality on a case by case basis if needed. If your budget and space permit I recommend getting the highest physical channel count SQ you can to avoid changing layers as much as possible. Very easy to change layers and not a criticism of the SQ but anytime layers are used it can be more complicated for volunteers.

The SQ6 console is way more practical than the Qu24 console. I had to learn new tricks. The preamps are top notch too. Love it! Thanks CCI solutions!!
