Here is a great install amp that can drive 25V and 70V lines at a great price
The RA2100b features 100 watt RMS output into 4 Ohms outputs. It is designed to drive 4 or 8 ohm speakers, 25V speakers (individual channels) or 70V speakers (in bridged mode).

The unit is built solid and housed in a painted steel chassis. It also includes special high performance transformers and a fused power line, as well as a one second power-up delay, and LED power output meters. The MOSFET output stage is fault protected, which allows the RA2100b to forgive momentary output shorts.

Caution: The RA2100b is convection cooled. Adequate ventilation room for the heat sink fins on the rear panel must be provided.
