The PR 22 microphone is a dynamic cardioid microphone that combines a large (1.125") diaphragm with patent pending ISO BAND™ isolation mounting for greater articulation throughout its entire wide, flat, frequency range with low handling noise. Additionally, noise directed at the rear of the mic is virtually eliminated through a combination of special porting & phasing plug design.

Offers best-in-class rear noise rejection, which means more sound out of the PR 22 before feedback occurs, and it can take a full-on snare hit & deliver rich snare sound with no overload. Mic comes with leatherette carrying bag, a mic clip and three acoustically identical metal screens (Black, Silver and Gold).

My second favorite wired vocal mic (the PR35 is the first)! It’s a clarity king! I will dump almost any mic for the pr22 any day. There is a bit of handling noise but the sounds of this mic are superb.
