DPA Microphones's d:fine™ CORE 4066 for Shure (DPA-4066OCAC1LH) is a brown colored flexible miniature omnidirectional microphone solution that features fast, easy adjustment possibilities. This model has a Microdot Connector Adapter for Shure Wireless Systems (TA4F Mini XLR). The d:fine™ CORE 4066 robust microphone provides a 14 dB increase in dynamic range when compared with DPA's Legacy mic, and it has an IP58 rating - demonstrating exceptional durability. The headband construction is unique in design, allowing your preference between left and/or right mounting of the mic and boom. The 4066 offers clean, transparent sound quality with lots of headroom. It uses a pre-polarized omnidirectional cartridge element with a 5.4mm vertical diaphragm. It is specially designed for maximum performance and comfort given the often difficult conditions of mounting directly on the human body. A double vent protection system, a drop stopper on the tube, and water resistant materials inside the microphone reduce humidity problems (and frequent microphone failure).
