It is designed to add natural low-frequency tactile information to a performer's monitor mix for applications in live performance, recording, broadcast, and entertainment. The BOOM System products are compatible with all Aviom personal monitoring mixing systems and with virtually any audio device that can supply a mono line-level or stereo headphone-level output. This system augments in-ear monitoring by supplying the energy and tactile response from the low-end. The Boom System tactile transducers coupled with the BOOM-1 processor amplifier unit offer a bass-shaking, air moving, energy enveloping experience that will elevate your performance or entertainment system.

Note: I never review products but I felt especially compelled to review this product. I purchased 3 of these in combination with the performance platform and converted my apartment living-room into a silent disco jam space. This product is amazing! Now the band can FEEL my electronic drums without disturbing anyone. Def. consider buying these!
