The Ace Backstage 102DDBBX is a double deep full stage pocket back box. As the name implies, it's twice as deep as standard BBX series back boxes (12" instead of 6"), and it may be used exclusively with Ace full and double wide stage pockets. The 102DDBBX is welded 14 gauge steel with a protective cover that is discarded when the pocket body is finally installed. The box and cover have a clear zinc corrosion-resistant finish. A 0.5" mounting flange is predrilled to mate with the pocket body flange.
